Custom printed rollstock film is supplied on rolls for automatic form-fill-seal (FFS) packaging lines. It is designed for stable high-speed running with accurate registered print marks, consistent repeat length, reliable seal strength and film specifications matched to the packaging machine.

The film can be supplied as single-layer or laminated rollstock, with structures selected according to product protection, sealing and machine-running requirements.
Available material structures include PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/PE, BOPP/CPP and kraft/PE.
Printing is available by gravure printing up to 9 colours with registered eye-marks for accurate machine registration. Roll width, thickness, core diameter and winding direction can be customized to match the customer’s packaging machine.
