A food producer needed rigid containers for a dairy and sauce range that would run on their existing filling line and still look consistent on shelf beside flexible packs. The off-the-shelf jars they had been buying did not fit the filler, and lids leaked in distribution.

We produced a matched set of rigid containers: cylindrical jars with inner-lid and screw-cap closures, tapered cups, and multi-cavity trays moulded in food-grade PP and PET. Dimensions, neck finish and stacking geometry were matched to the customer’s filling line, and lid tolerances were tightened so the closure seals without over-torquing. Surface finish and decoration were standardised across the range so jars, cups and trays read as one product family on shelf.

The range runs on the existing line without tooling changes, the closures hold through transport and storage, and the consistent finish lets the brand present rigid and flexible packs together. Wall thickness, lid fit and leak resistance are checked on every production batch.
